COVID-19 Protocols:
- Masks are encouraged for everyone visiting our distribution centers, regardless of vaccination status.
- Social distancing of six feet is encouraged at all times.
- This is applicable to ALL employees and contractors.
- Please, inform anyone on your team who will be visiting our facilities of our mask policy. Drivers may be expected to have a mask in order to unload or pick up will-call orders
For deliveries to any of our distribution centers, please be sure to schedule an appointment.
Deliveries to all United Pipe & Steel locations are by appointment only. To schedule a delivery appointment for any of our locations, please use the button below.
All scheduled appointments will be honored, and late deliveries will be served on a first-come, first-served basis. You can reschedule your delivery appointment using the button below. We respect drivers and their time, and we aim to get drivers in-and-out in the most hourly efficient way, keeping them in compliance with DOT regulations.
