Merfish United prides itself on being focused on the safety, health and welfare of our employees, customers and vendors. We are closely monitoring the developments related to the coronavirus (COVID-19), across the country and around the world. With that in mind, and in order to remain compliant with government policies and standard social distancing practices, we have discontinued all Sales Personnel travel, specifically visiting our wholesale customers around the country, and request limited visits to our own local Sales Offices until further notice.
We have enabled a remote workforce, all of whom are fully capable of quoting and processing your orders, and handling any questions you may have in regards to your orders. Our Sales team is available via email, direct phone #, cell phone# or through our various main location phone numbers. Please check to make sure you have the direct phone number for your Salesperson which is the quickest and easiest way to reach them.
At this time, all of our 14 Regional Distribution Centers are open and shipping material daily on our own fleet of trucks. While this is a fluid situation and subject to change, we will do our best to provide timely deliveries without interruption. In regards to will calls, we ask that you call before sending in your driver for any pickups so that we can provide an up to minute update as to our readiness to load your order. At this point all of our DC’s are in a position to handle will call orders, but this is subject to change, in compliance with local and state Government regulations. If any of this should change we will send further communication.
